Project Spotlight: Jacy & Dakota’s

Modern casual dining restaurant featuring wood like Knotwood battens and cladding.

The Westin Phoenix Downtown restaurant Jacy & Dakota’s (formerly known as Province Urban Kitchen & Bar) opened in October 2021 with a totally new menu and décor, and the outdoor patio transformation is simply gorgeous. Featuring an earth tone palette of greys, terracotta pinks and warm mid-century browns, the outdoor dining space is decked out with a large fireplace, ample seating areas with beautiful Moroccan-style elements, chic pendant and string lights, and a custom-built trellis.

The custom trellis was created utilizing Knotwood aluminum slats and posts in White Ash, and incorporated Equinox columns and trellis beams. Our team sourced the fabrication of the grids locally and they were shipped ready to be installed. We are thrilled about how beautiful this project turned out.
